About Iron on Iron

Iron on Iron is a Christ-centered community where men can encounter God, build honest friendships, and experience lasting growth. Every man’s journey begins with an Iron on Iron Weekend—a place to step away from everyday demands, reflect, and connect meaningfully with God and other men.

After the weekend, participants can continue through a focused 12-week group experience. This next stage provides the structure, time, and trusted relationships needed to build upon what began during the retreat and turn that experience into meaningful change.

Men can then join ongoing Iron on Iron groups that meet regularly for friendship, prayer, encouragement, and accountability. The weekend opens the door, the 12-week experience builds a foundation, and ongoing groups help men continue the journey together.
